Hmm......... Look like the technical issue had not been resolved. I still could not publish my post. Its has been almost close to a month since i last encounter the error. Sigh~~~ Guess i have to wait somemore.

My new guys just arrived this Tuesday and the morale of the troops till now are still quite high. My stance for this batch of guys are rather strict for they are newly enlisted soldiers and needed the strict regimental background. Three weeks confinement period are in place for the evolution from civilians to soldiers and as a result of this the instructors are also required to stay in camp.

Will be going in tonight around 11pm. Hopefully by the next book out i could resume publishing my posts.

Currently on lull and the new intake of dudes are coming in on the 25th of the month. Times really flies and my first batch of guys pass out last tuesday. My section invited me to a dinner session after their P.O.C and i accepted it without fail. Didnt really expected them to be late however the inevitable could not be avoided and they are caught in the heavy traffic. Had loads of fun that night and we split that night not knowing when we could get to meet together again.

On the very fateful P.O.C day, a trainee was reported that he had contacted with malaria. Several recruits from all over the island jump onto the malaria band wagon and this malaria epidemic sparks a frantic situation throughout the entire island. The higher command took drastic measures and began an all island fogging of pesticides or whatever chemicals they used to kill the mosquitos. Hopefully the malaria issue would be resolved quickly.

Blogger are having some technical issues and i could only post but could not publish the blog. Emailed to them regarding this error and they are currently addressing this problems.

Guess that is all i have for this week.

These weekend was eventful and i felt fulfilling. Book out on friday noon and had a sumptuous dinner with Kiat and Qiang at Seoul Garden. Watched NDP with the family at Auntie Doreen's place. Before enlisting into the army, NDP was just a insignificant show on live broadcast. But now i enjoyed watching the parade and actually took pride in it. Patroitism brewing inside me perphaps.

Three choices were left for me after the parade which ended around 8pm. The first was to meet up with Qiang and Kiat to Devil's bar, the second alternative was to go to Double O with Ting Ting and co., the last option was to head home with mum and dad. After some hesitation, i finally made up my mind and opt for the second one which wasnt too bad a choice. Kenny, Sebas, Leo, and Hong Jun gradually turn up one after another and we had a few bout of shots. Share a cab home with Ting and her pals and during the bumpy ride i vomitted on my shirt. Apologise to everyone on the cab especially to the driver for staining and "scenting" the vehicle. A humiliating moment experienced.

As i am typing out this post, i am also looking the Peugeot Advert theme song. Got hold of the title and the name of the band, Bangra Knights feat Raul that is. However it seems that the full version of the song was no where to be downloadable. I could only make do with partial of the song.

7.30pm the book in timing and i had better get prepared for that and till next week folks.

Bought that PS 2 off the shelves for 495 bucks last saturday. Could not really get my hands off those controller. The PS 2 came with 10 free games and since buying i had been trying out certain games.

Completed field camp and it does not really feel like a field camp to me. On all three days, the trainees get back to camp at around afternoon and did not even feel what it was like after dusk. The week ended real fast as i booked out on two occasions during the week. Took two half day off to get home and play my prized assets.

Not venturing anywhere for today as i have spent up every penny i have got to get the PS 2.
