High table this evening...... High table is a compulsory event when guys got to wear suits and tie, and girls got to wear their evening gowns to a restaurant near their hall........ Where they eat chinese food and a bad one at that....... Its a compulsory exercise for everyone staying in halls....... Bahhhh....... To top that, its about 30++ SGD for that bad meal....... Its included in your hall fees and you have no way to avoid it...... After that High Table, Lukas(Germany), Zaira(India), Dunia(France), Carol, Jillian, Reuben and myself went to some pubs in Lan Kwai Fong just to have some drinks...... All the unbrackets are the Singaporeans........ Its kinda cool........ Very nice conversations going on......... Ended the party early at midnight and brought beers so that we can resume the party at the rooftop of our halls........ Pretty good experience talking about all the random stuffs........ I guess this is what exchange is all about...... Mixing with all the other exchange students and bitching about stuff...... Hahahaha....... Kinda fun........ Going to Beijing and Shanghai before going back to Singapore on the 16th of December........ I don't really know whether I will miss Hong Kong..... But sooner or later I will know when I get thrown back into the rat race in Singapore, where GPA matters to me and every step that I do fulfill a certain purpose......... 16th of December......... Thats the day I will be going back........ So I hope my friends will be back soon enough to share their share of interesting tales experienced in their respectives countries....... Sassoon Road is where my hostel is located....... Reuben went to Guangzhou with his parents and relatives......... Resuming the second installation of "Alexandra"........ Darn good....... To the point where I almost wanted to turn down a dinner invitation....... Time flies....... My exchange in HK is almost ending........ 2 more weeks to the end of term....... Before the onslaught of the examinations begin........ Well, that doesnt matter to me one bit as I have no exam at all....... LOL....... But I gotta stay till at least December 22nd as I have a final presentation going on........ Met alot of people in Hong Kong....... Some I know that I will keep contact with and some are just purely hi-bye....... Planning just one major trip to Beijing and maybe Shanghai before I returned home to Singapore........ I haven't book the return flight and procrastinating to do so........ Adopting a "when-the-time-comes" mentality....... Random thoughts in this entry........ One more term to go before stepping out into the workforce....... Just one last aim in my last term and I think I will have achieved what I set out to get........ Hopefully...... Alright......
