I scored darn blardy well in HKU...... LOL.....
C, C, C-, B+, B-
GPA of 2.18...... But Im glad that I managed to pass all of it...... Yay......

Our group did well for the first presentation in Comms in China....... We got praised openly by the Prof and gotten an A+ along with it....... Groupmates make all the difference........

Finished "A Thousand Splendid Suns"........ Once again, Khaled Hosseini came out with a good work........ Enjoyed it......

8.5/10......

Finished "Wolf Of The Plains" by Conn Iggulden....... Its about Genghis Khan........ I finally managed to find a historical fiction on him........ He is someone that I heard of but do not know much about........ Loved it...... Once I start, I couldnt stop........ Temujin....... Wootttt...... Going to wait patiently for the second installation; "Lord Of The Bows"........ And also going to start on his 4 books about Caesar......

9/10.......

Currently reading "Tides Of War" by Stephen Pressfield....... Its a little difficult....... The language used is much tougher........ Although, this is the third book that I am reading from his work...... But the language in this is especially tough....... Hard reading........

Oh well....... But the plot is still good...... As expected from his work....... :)

Welcome 2008.......

Been a while since I blogged...... Living the life is what I called it.......
Being in my final semester is quite good....... Not feeling the heat...... Or maybe should I say that Im immune already..........

Been renting movies and chilling out and FM-ing....... FM stands for Football Manager........ One helluva game I tell you........ Its addictive........

Caught 2 movies that are really good and 1 thats not so good....... "Sleeper" and "Deja Vu"......... Wooottttt........ I think I do not need to mention "Deja Vu"....... Its been screened and quite a number of people know that........

The casts in "Sleeper" is crazy....... Star-studded....... Brad Pitt, Dustin Hoffman, Kevin Bacon, Robert De Niro....... Ive no clue whats the story about but just by looking at this lineup....... Ive rented it anyway........ It cant be that bad....... Boy, I was right....... The show is quite decent........
Always feel good to uncover a good show.......

The not so good film is a Thai show....... Named "13 Games Of Death"....... I know, I know...... Sounds like a show by the same producer of "Nang Nak" or "Shutter" or shows along those line...... Well, its not exactly horror in the sense of supernatural........ I cant exactly place the genre though....... In any case, its not a show thats worth watching unless you are uber bored......

With regards to books........ Im finally done with "Book Thief" by Markus Zuzak........ Its amazing....... The story is wonderfully weaven........ Prose in the story is quite unique...... The style is something Ive never seen before.......

9/10...... Must Read!!!

Bought "A Thousand Splendid Sun"........ A book by Khaled Hosseini....... The author that wrote the famous "Kite Runner"........ I think Im in for a good read....... He is a good writer.......

School has proceeded to week 2....... Its gonna get ugly soon with the projects piling in...... But till then, I am going to "Live The Life".......

Which means more books, more movies and more chilling out......... :P
